What is the Activity Dashboard?

The Activity Dashboard is the landing page of the Expert Console;  it informs Bolstra users and managers about Activities and Touchpoints.  It is where all work can be seen and managed.   You can also see the amount of time logged for that current day of work.

What is a touchpoint?

Touchpoints are Activity Cards that are specific Activity Types where you have direct contact with the customer. These activity types are chosen in Administration and must be specifically checked as Touchpoints upon creation to track them on the Account level and in Analytics. Common touchpoints : Account eMeeting Account On-Site Meeting Account Phone Call Account Email Account QBR Account Renewal

How do I log an activity card?

How to filter the Activity Dashboard

This filtering is done by clicking on the below icon on the top lefthand corner of the Activity Dashboard: Simply click "Add Filter Activities" and select the attributes you'd like to filter on.
