At the heart of the Bolstra Customer Success Management platform is the Customer Lifecycle. The Lifecycle is a tool and graph to not only standardize the work for your different customers but provide clarity as to where they are and if they are behind in their journey.
Each Customer Lifecycle consists of Lifestages, much like the stages a frog goes through from larvae to tadpole to mature adult amphibian. Each Lifestage consists of Achievements, which are definable and measurable. Lifestages are the higher level steps that your ideal customers transition through over a set period of time (typically a year). Achievements are discreet accomplishments that you believe are necessary for your customers to successfully progress to the next Lifestage.
