Begin in the Administration Console, select Lifecycles along the left side. Then select the “+” in the bottom right corner.
Title the lifecycle, this will appear above the lifecycle graph on each account that the lifecycle has been added to.
Then begin adding life stages using the “+” on the far right in the image shown
Within each lifestage you will also create however many achievements it takes for that lifestage to be completed. However over each one until the pencil to edit appears.
Once the life cycle is built the account owner can update the achievements using the edit pencil (on the account overview screen).
If the achievements are not toggled over to green within the expected time frame the lifecycle will turn red. It is possible to create an engagement model with specific activity cards alerting the account owner that the account is behind in reaching their achievements. This type of trigger is set up in the triggers section in the administration console.
